The defective component has been replaced, and all tests have been successfully completed.
As of 12:04 CET, the datacenter is fully running on mains power again.
The switchover back to the grid was seamless, and no anomalies were detected during or after the transition.
All systems are operating normally.

Update 11u30 – Zaventem Datacenter Grid Outage / High Voltage incident
The technician from our high-voltage supplier is onsite and has started replacing the defective component at our high voltage infrastructure immediately.
We expect to switch back to the main power grid shortly, once all tests have been completed successfully.

Dear Customers,
At 09:03 CET, our Zaventem datacenter experienced a mains power outage. The failover to our backup power systems (generators) operated flawlessly, ensuring uninterrupted service.
During an onsite inspection by our technician, an issue was detected in the high-voltage cabin. Our high-voltage service provider is currently on their way to the datacenter and is expected to arrive at approximately 10:40 CET. They have the necessary replacement parts to resolve the issue.
We will continue to keep our customers informed as the situation progresses.
