<p>The defective component has been replaced, and all tests have been successfully completed.</p>

The switchover back to the grid was seamless, and no anomalies were detected during or after the transition.</p>

<p>At 09:03 CET, our Zaventem datacenter experienced a mains power outage. The failover to our backup power systems (generators) operated flawlessly, ensuring uninterrupted service.</p>
<p>During an onsite inspection by our technician, an issue was detected in the high-voltage cabin. Our high-voltage service provider is currently on their way to the datacenter and is expected to arrive at approximately 10:40 CET. They have the necessary replacement parts to resolve the issue.</p>

<p>In de phishingmails wordt verwezen naar een foutief domein: mwtloodgieters.nl.</p>
<p>In deze berichten staat een malafide link. Wij vragen u met aandrang om niet op deze link te klikken en geen gegevens in te vullen.</p>

<p>Due to power loss on 2 top of rack switches in USDC ZAV we lost the network connections to each server connected to these switches.
The reason for outage is that a PDU where these switches were connected to failed and stopped giving power.
In the near future this problem shouldn’t be possible anymore as we are currently testing a new kind of top of rack switch in our lab.
These new switches will have redundant power supplies so there is a minimised risk for power failure on a single power supply.</p>
<p>Impact: Downtime for customers connected to those switches from 15h16 until 15h21</p>

<p>Update 19h25: We've narrowed down the possible causes that could have triggered the cluster instability and also added extra network redundancy.
We are closely monitoring our cluster towards stability.</p>

<p>We noticed a lot of packetloss in the network of one of our upstream providers (AS174 - Cogent).
We shutdowned the BGP session and traffic is rerouted by our other providers.
The network impact should be very minimal for our customers as we already had Cogent lower preffed then our other upstream providers.</p>
<p>Start of incident: 12/12/2020 16:00</p>
<p>Fix implemented at: 16:15</p>
<p>We are open a RFO at our provider and update this ticket when we have feedback.</p>
