Dear customers, we're currently 8.5 hours into our maintenance. The datacenter in Zaventem is still running on backup power. Everything is stable, fuel supply levels are ok and we experienced no customer impact of our maintenance. We keep you informed about further developments on our status page.

Dear customers, we're currently 4 hours into our maintenance. The datacenter in Zaventem is still running on backup power. Everything is stable, fuel supply levels are ok and we experienced no customer impact of our maintenance. We keep you informed about further developments on our status page.

Maintenance started at 08h00: Our supplier will be conducting maintenance on our high voltage switchgear, transformer & low voltage cables and switchgear.

We will perform a controlled switchover to backup power (generators) before our supplier starts the maintenance work and we will run on backup power for the entire duration of the maintenance. We don't expect any impact towards the power delivery of critical IT load. Our UPSes will provide backup power during the swap between mains and backup.
