Dear customers, we would like to inform you about the end of our maintenance of the high voltage upgrade. We were able to finish the maintenance a day sooner than expected. We switched the power supply of the datacenter back to the main grid connection. We ran 58,50 hours on backup power. Everything worked as expected. Due to our redundant power infrastructure we were able to perform this upgrade and have no impact to our customers critical IT load. I would like to thank our suppliers Welec, Fluvius and OCB for their great work.

Dear customers, we're currently 24 hours into our maintenance. The datacenter in Leuven is still running on backup power. Everything is stable, fuel supply levels are ok and we experienced no customer impact of our maintenance. Our supplier continued their works on the high voltage cabine installation and we expect to finish the upgrade within the foreseen timeframe. We keep you informed about further developments on our status page.

Our datacenter successfully switched over to backup power. The mains power has been disabled and our supplier started with the upgrade of our high voltage cabine. One of our datacenter engineers will stay onsite to monitor the situation closefully. We'll keep you informed about the status.
