Dear Customers,
At Unix-Solutions, reliability and transparency are core values we uphold in every aspect of our operations.
Earlier today, we encountered an unexpected issue involving overheating in one of our backup generators (B-feed).
As a precaution and to ensure the continued reliability of our services, we decided to cancel the planned maintenance on our high-voltage infrastructure.
We successfully restored the full IT load to the main power grid without any customer impact during the switchover.
The root cause of the generator issue was identified promptly, and a temporary fix has already been implemented.
Additional testing will be carried out later today to verify system stability.
In close cooperation with our generator maintenance partner, a permanent solution will be applied in the coming days.

Start of planned maintenance 07u15:
Dear customers,
We would like to inform you that we are about to start our planned maintenance on our high voltage infrastructure.
We will start to do a controlled switchover of each power feed to our backup power (generators).
After running ~1 hour on backup power, our supplier will start the maintenance on our High Voltage infrastructure.
This preventive maintenance is part of our yearly maintenance program.
