UPDATE 12h19: Fluvius has resolved the grid issue. Grid power has returned. There was no impact for our customer and no further issues are expected.

Since 11h55 our datacenter in Leuven is experiencing a grid power outage. This means our datacenter is currently running using genset power. There is no impact for our customers. We are monitoring the situation and will post further updates if there are any developments.

We noticed that the fiber cut has been restored our backbone is fully redundant again. No customers were impacted by this outage.

Dear customers,

A fiber cut is currently affecting the primary path between Zaventem and Leuven. We contacted our dark fiber provider to investigate the issue and a resolution is expected within a few hours. The situation is being closely monitored by our engineers. Updates will be provided via our status page.
