Update 16h58: Reason for outage
We suffered power loss on 2 top of rack switches in USDC ZAV. We lost the network connections to each server connected to these switches.
The reason for outage was a failing PDU. We have now replaced the complete PDU.
Impact: Downtime for customers connected to those switches from 16h35 until 16h50
16h35: We are currently facing network issues on part of our network in USDC ZAV due to a problem with several of our switches. This has been logged with ticket reference 00005961.
