Dear customers, we noticed a big outage on the AMS-IX platform.
We shutdowned all peering session on AMS-IX until further notice.
Our network is not impacted but you might can notice packet loss when you are trying to reach other networks on the internet (mostly located in The Netherlands).
We keep a close eye on the situation and we'll keep you informed via this communication channel.

We enabled our AMS-IX peering sessions again after we've seen that the AMS-IX platform is stable for multiple hours.
We don't see anomalies in traffic and everything is working as expected.
